Click here for instructions on how to create your username and password. Remember to keep them secure as you will need them to access your account on personal devices and the mobile app. You will not need to input your username and password when accessing your account from the SharePoint portal link.

If you have activated your account through Sharepoint but do not know the username or password you created, please follow these instructions:

- Log into a UCNW computer

- Open Sharepoint

- Click on the wellness portal link

- Select the menu icon at the top left of the screen

- Select “My Account"

"Forgot Username/Password" functions will not work until you have activated your account on Sharepoint.
